STEP 8: We'll use variables and dot notation to call sprites by name and assign actions to specific sprites.

We use dot notation to join a sprite's name with the action we want it to do.

  • Go to and drag out Move Left. Drop it at the bottom of your program.
  • Assign the command to glorp by changing the variable before .move_left() from sprite to glorp.
  • Change the integer in .move_left() from 50 to 150.
