STEP 6: Before we do anything else, we need to create an empty list in which we'll store data from our CSV file.

• In LOGIC and , drag Empty List inside get_high_scores(). It should be indented 4 spaces.
• Then, change the list's name from my_list to csv_contents.
• We'll eventually return this list, which should contain everything written within "high_scores_python3.csv".
